Placing an order

Find the type of treatment you’re looking for and start a consultation which is optional. We’ll ask you some questions about your health and recommend the best treatments for you. Once you’ve selected your treatment a clinician will review your answers, and your order will be delivered quickly and discreetly to your home.

You don’t need an existing prescription to use our service. Our clinicians will issue a free private prescription if you’re eligible for treatment.

First go ahead and place an order for your desired medication after which we’ll contact you via email to provide you with payment details so you can manually submit payment. We accept Apple Pay, Zelle Pay, Cash App, Paypal, etc

Yes, we use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional pharmacies. All treatments are fully US-licensed.

Although We recommend informing your doctor of any new medications you’re prescribed, we are not responsible for informing your doctor about any medications purchased

Please click on “Address Book” or “Manage Addresses” and you will be able to add “Additional Address Entries” using the “Add New Address” button. During Checkout on the “Shipping” page the “Default Billing/Shipping Address” and “Additional Addresses” are presented for your “Shipping Address”. Once confirmed and you are moved to the “Payment” page you will then need to uncheck “My billing and shipping address are the same.” This will provide a dropdown with all “Address Book Addresses” and you can select from those or provide a new address.

Delivery

Yes. We ship every order in plain, discreet packaging, without any branding or labels.

We offer next day delivery but standard delivery would take 2 to 3 days while international delivery takes up to 6 days.

Once payment is made, injectable treatments will be sent directly to you in special refrigerated packaging to keep them fresh. 
Please note that all delivery timescales begin once your treatment has been approved and dispatched, not from the time you place your order.

Contact your doctor, a local pharmacy, or Thrift Pharmacy if you experience any side effects with your treatment. Seek immediate medical attention if side effects are severe, and call 999 if they’re life-threatening.

Thrift Pharmacy operates using remote prescribing. We offer effective treatments for conditions we can safely diagnose without a physical examination. If you can’t find the treatment you’re looking for, or you need more urgent care, please contact your doctor or local pharmacy.

To lodge a formal complaint, please fill out our contact form. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within 24 hours and respond to them within in the next 48 hours
